This is a paper "quilt" that I made the year before Johanna was born. I drew all of the "blocks" on separate pieces of watercolor paper in ink and then painted them with watercolors. At the end, I glued them all onto a 16 x 20" matboard and framed it. This is one of my favorite things I have done... Although the photo kind of sucks. I should really retake old photos in natural light.
